[Resolved] AusNet Services have advised that there will be no power at Waller St campus between 8:45am and 12:00pm on Monday 29th of June due to essential maintenance.

[Resolved 04/05/2020] Restored database from backup. We’re aware of an issue with the photocopiers not authenticating users and are working to resolve the issue.

[Maintenance Completed 19/04/2020] We will be performing upgrades and maintenance on our servers over this weekend (18/44-19/04). [Resolved 16/04/20] There have been numerous outages of important services this morning across the state. Services affected are; [Resolved] Compass (Log in)[Resolved] Webex (Scheduling)[Resolved] eduMail We will update this list if any more services are affected.

[Update 15/04/20] We believe we’ve narrowed down the cause to a network/firewall issue. This should only be affecting users who are working onsite at school. [Resolved] 11/04/2020 6:00PM We’re currently experiencing an issue with one of our Single Sign On servers. This is causing log in failures for services such as Google Apps and Clickview. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
